Uygulaması

Özet:

Spontan
pnömohemotoraks nadir gözlenen bir durum olup müdahalede geç kalındığında
hayatı tehdit edebilecek ciddi bir problemdir. Bu hastalarda ciddi kanama
varlığında anestezi yönetimi önem kazanmaktadır. Anestezi uygulamasında
dikkatli indüksiyon ve efektif kan ve sıvı resüsitasyonu anestezinin başarısı
açısından son derece önemlidir.

Spontaneous Pneumo Hemothorax

Summary

Spontaneous pneumohemothorax is a rare condition and a
serious threat to life when it is late to intervention. Anesthesia management
is important in the presence of severe bleeding in these patients. Careful induction and effective blood and fluid
resuscitation during anesthesia management are very important for the success
of anesthesia.
