Bu çalışmanın amacı kişisel özellikler (yaş, eğitim düzeyi, görev
süresi ve ücret düzeyi) ile örgütsel bağlılık türleri arasındaki ilişkileri
incelemektir. 13 kamu üniversitesinde 403 akademisyen ve 222 idari
personelden elde edilen veriler akademik ve idari personel ayrımı yapılarak
analiz edilmiş ve kişisel özelliklerin duygusal, normatif ve devamlılık bağlılığı
üzerindeki etkileri karşılaştırılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular her bir kişisel
özelliğin örgütsel bağlılık türleri ile farklı ilişkilere sahip olduğunu
göstermektedir
