ÖRGÜT KÜLTÜRÜ BAĞLAMINDA GÜÇ EĞİLİMİ VE ÖRGÜTSEL BAĞLILIK İLİŞKİSİNDE ÖRGÜTSEL ÖZDEŞLEŞMENİN ARACILIK ROLÜ

Öz

Örgüt kültürü bireylerin örgüt içinde tutum ve davranışları
üzerinde etkili olabilmektedir. Bu bağlamda, bireylerin örgütleriyle özdeşleşme
ve örgütlerine bağlılık düzeylerinin de örgüt kültüründen etkilenmesi
mümkündür. Bu çalışma örgüt kültürü bağlamında güç eğiliminin örgütsel
bağlılık üzerindeki etkisini ortaya koyarak, bu etkide örgütsel özdeşleşmenin
aracılık rolü oynayıp oynamadığı konusunda ipuçları elde etmeyi
amaçlamaktadır. Bu maksatla özel bir şirkette çalışan 69 kişiden veri
toplanmıştır. Analiz sonuçları, bireylerin hiyerarşi ve güce yönelik örgüt kültürü
algılarının artmasının örgüte bağlılıkları üzerinde olumlu etki yaptığını, aynı
zamanda bireylerin örgütsel özdeşleşme düzeylerinin bu ilişkiye aracılık
yaptığını göstermektedir.
