PROSEDÜREL ADALET, DAĞITIMSAL ADALET VE DEĞERSEL BAĞLILIK İLİŞKİSİ: BİR YAPISAL EŞİTLİK MODELİ UYGULAMASI

Öz

Bu çalışmada hastanede çalışan işgörenlerin adalet algılamaları ve
bağlılık ilişkisi araştırılmaktadır. Araştırma Kırgızistan / Celalabat eyaletinde
hastanelerde çalışan toplam 173 kişi üzerinde yapılmıştır. Hipotezleri test etmek
amacı ile yapısal eşitlik modeli kurulmuştur. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre
prosedürel ve dağıtımsal adalet değersel bağlılığı doğrudan etkilemektedir.
Prosedürel adalet ise dağıtımsal adaleti pozitif yönlü etkileyen bir değişkendir.
