HEALING CARING ENVIRONMENT

INTRODUCTION: Nurse’s basic task is creating the healing environment for individuals in the caring process.


METHODS: It is understood that a paradigm change is experiencing is in today's health care environment traditional towards healing environment. Healing environment is an area and a system which is develops and supports to relationships, environment and the natural healing capacity of the individual. RESULTS: There are four dimensions of healing environment including internal, external, behavioral, and interpersonal. Healing caring environment in nursing was described by many theorists at first Nightingale and Watson. Nurses are transforms hidden elements of healing during the healing process with caring. While he/she can just change him/herself with healing from own essence, the nurse is the only change facilitator. The most important question is here: “How can be the nurse an instrument of healing environment?” There are several studies on the healing caring environment in nursing which were stated positive and desirable effects of environment.


DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSION: The results of the healing and traditional environment through a fiction care analysis gives in this article.

GİRİŞ ve AMAÇ: Bireylere bakım sürecinde iyileştirici çevre oluşturmak hemşirelerin temel görevidir.


YÖNTEM ve GEREÇLER: Günümüz sağlık bakım çevresinde gelenekselden iyileştirici çevreye doğru bir paradigma değişikliği yaşandığı anlaşılmaktadır. İyileştirici çevre bireyin doğal iyileşme kapasitesi, ilişkileri ve çevresini destekleyen ve geliştiren bir sistem ve alandır. BULGULAR: İyileştirici çevrenin dışsal, davranışsal, kişilerarası ve içsel olmak üzere dört boyutu bulunmaktadır. Hemşirelikte iyileştirici bakım çevresi Nightingale ve Watson başta olmak üzere pek çok kuramcı tarafından tanımlanmıştır. İyileştirme süreçleri boyunca hemşireler bakımla iyileşmenin gizli elementlerine dönüşmektedir. Birey ancak kendi özünden gelen iyileşme ile kendini değiştirebilir. Hemşire ise bu değişimi kolaylaştırıcıdır. Buradaki en önemli soru: “Hemşire nasıl iyileştirici çevrenin bir enstrümanı olabilir?” İyileştirici bakım çevresinin hemşirelik bakımında olumlu ve istendik etkilerini ortaya koyan pek çok çalışmaya ulaşılmıştır.


TARTIŞMA ve SONUÇ: Bu makalede iyileştirici ve geleneksel çevrenin sonuçları kurgu bir vaka üzerinden incelenerek bir bakım analizine yer verilmiştir.
