Nebevi Hadis
ilmini anlama yollarından biri, benzerlikler
yoluyla açıklanan konular ve birbirine yakın konuları temyiz etme arasında
Furuk ilmini bilmektir. Zira bu ilmin önemi Hadis ilminin algılarını bilmekte
ve problemlerini tam bir titizlikle kavramakta yatmaktadır. Bu çalışma genel olarak Furuk ilminin
önemi üzerinde durmayı hedeflemektedir. Furuk ilmi bir taraftan özel olarak
Hadis ilmiyle diğer bir taraftan
da aralarında Hadis konularını tam olarak anlamayı sağlayan fark konularının açıklaması
ile ilgilenmektedir. Ayrıca Hadis ilmi konularında bulunan pek çok farkı
açıklamakla ilgilenmektedir. Araştırma yönteminde terim ve tarifler açıklanarak
tanımlama metodu kullanılacaktır. Hadiste açıklanan farkların (Furuk) seçiminde
ve temayüzünü açıklamada analiz metodu kullanılacaktır. Bu yöntemle birbirine
benzeyen iki konu ele alınarak aralarındaki farklar alıntı yapılacaktır. Ayet
ve hadislere atıfta bulunulacak ve bütün metinler asıl kaynaklarıyla birlikte
belgelenecektir. Araştırma giriş ve iki kısımdan oluşan bir plana göre hazırlanmıştır. İlk kısımda Hadis’te Furuk ilminin
tarifi ve önemi yer alırken ikinci kısımda Furuk ilmi ile ilgili örnekler yer
alacaktır. Sonuç kısmında araştırmacı incelediği birçok çalışma neticesinde vardığı sonuçların ve önerilerin
öneminden bahsedecektir.

The Science of Differences and Its Applications in Hadith Science

Öz

Abstract

In understanding  the way of Prophetic Hadith, it is to know
the Furuq science that is differentiating similar topics and explained topics
trough similarity. In fact, this necessitates 
to  realize the perceptions of
Hadith science and  carefully to
comprehend its problems. This study generally focuses on the importance of Furuq
science.  Furuq science  is 
related to both  especially Hadith
science and different topics causing to fully understand Hadith science. In
addition, it explains the great difference among the topics of Hadith
science.  The method of definition will be
applied by defining the terms as a research methodology. In selecting the
different explanations of Hadith and explaining the difference, method of
analysis will be used. In this method, two similar topics will be discussed
through different citations. It will refer to ayahs and hadiths and all texts
will be certified with original sources. This research prepared as one
introduction and two sections. In first section, the importance of definition
of Furuq science in hadith and secondly there will related examples from Furuq
science. Consequently, it will be mentioned about  suggestions obtained from results of many
works.

علم الفروق وتطبيقاته في علم الحديث النبوي

الملخص

 من طرق فهم علم الحديث النبوي معرفة الفروق بين
المسائل التي بينها تشابه، والتمييز بين مسائله المتقاربة، حيث تكمن أهميتها في معرفة مدارك علم الحديث من خلالها،
والعناية التامة بضبط مسائلها، لذا تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على أهمية علم
الفروق بشكل عام، وما يتعلق بعلم الحديث بشكل خاص من جانب، ومن جانب ثان إلى بيان
المسائل التي بينها فرق يؤدي إلى كامل الفهم للمسألة الحديثية، ومن جانب ثالث إلى بيان
وجود كثير من الفروق في مسائل علم الحديث. أما منهج البحث فهو قائم على المنهج
الوصفي من حيث وصف المصطلحات والتعاريف، ثم المنهج التحليلي في استخلاص الفروق
بينها وبيان التمايز فيها، وذلك من خلال ذكر المسألتين المتشابهتين، ثم التنصيص
على الفرق بينهما، وعزو الآيات وتخريج الأحاديث، وتوثيق جميع النصوص من مصادرها
الأصلية، وقد سار البحث وفق خطة تحوي مقدمة، ومبحثين، حيث كان المبحث الأول فيهما
التعريف بعلم الفروق الحديثية وبيان أهميتها، والمبحث الثاني يتعلق بأمثلة على
الفروق الحديثية، ثم أعقب ذلك خاتمة عرض فيها الباحث أهم النتائج والتوصيات التي
توصل إليها من خلال تعايشه في رحاب البحث.
