Uygulamalı Dilbilim Araştırmalarında Temellendirilmiş Kuram Metodu

Öz

Bu makalede, nitel bir araştırma metodu olan temellendirilmiş kuram ele alınmıştır. Öncelikle,
temellendirilmiş kuramın ne olduğu üzerinde durulmuş ve araştırmalara yapacağı olası katkılar sıralanmıştır.
Bu katkılar değerlendirilirken, uygulamalı dilbilim alanına epistemolojik, kuramsal ve metodolojik açıdan
yapabileceği olası katkılar üzerinde durulmuştur. Bunu takiben Temellendirilmiş Kuram Metodunun
Türkiye’deki uygulamalı dilbilim çalışmalarında kullanımı üzerine kısa bir alanyazın değerlendirmesi
yapılmıştır. Hemen ardından, temellendirilmiş kuramın temel prensipleri sıralanmış ve üç ana
temellendirilmiş kuram metodu veri analiz süreçleri açılarından karşılaştırılmıştır. Son olarak, bu üç yaklaşım
arasında nasıl seçim yapılacağı üzerine düşünceler belirtilmiştir. Bu kısımda, temellendirilmiş kuramın,
uygulamalı dilbilimde kullanımı üzerine öneriler de sıralanmıştır.
