BULUT BİLİŞİMİN SAĞLIK HİZMETLERİNDE KULLANIMI

Öz

Bulut bilişim, hizmetlerin
müşteriye bir ağ üzerinden cihaz ya da lokasyondan bağımsız olarak sunulduğu
bir bilişim teknolojileri hizmet modelidir. Bu model, sağlık kurumlarında, hayati önem taşıyan veri toplama
sürecini tıbbi cihazlara bağlı bir ağ üzerinden gerçekleştirilerek,
meydana gelen bulut verinin sağlık kurumunun depolama, işleme ve dağıtım gibi
süreçlerinde kullanmasına olanak tanımaktadır. Bu çalışma ile sağlık sektöründe
bulut bilişim uygulamaları hakkında bilgi vermek, sağlık sektörü için
potansiyel fayda ve risklerinin üzerinde durmak, sağlık yöneticileri ve politikacıları
için farkındalık yaratmak amaçlanmıştır. Karar vericilere, güvenlik ve hukuki
ilişkiler gibi potansiyel risklere yönelik tedbirler alarak, bulut bilişimin
getirdiği sürdürülebilirlik ve verimlilik gibi fırsatları değerlendirmeleri ve
stratejik planlarını buna göre oluşturmaları önerilmektedir.
