Yerel Yönetimlerde İş-Yaşam Dengesi Ve Çalışan Davranışı İlişkisinin İncelenmesi “ Kocaeli Belediyeleri Örneği”

Öz

In this study, the relation between work-life balance in local management and behavior of worker has been examined. In order to support the research, ampiric research has been done after the research has been intriduced with the teoric frame. The research includes 314 worker and 5 municipality among the In this frame, a questionnaire was prepared to find out the work-life balance and behavior of worker( job satisfaction, workload and loyalty) with a detailed literature search.municipalities in Kocaeli.In this frame, a questionnaire was prepared to find out the work-life balance and behavior of worker( job satisfaction, workload and loyalty) with a detailed literature search.Data was examined with the program called SPSS for Windows 16,0.The relation between work-life balance and behavior of worker was explained with this data and the study was completed

Öz

Bu çalışmada yerel yönetimlerde iş-yaşam dengesi ve çalışan davranışı ilişkisi incelenmiştir. Araştırma teorik bir çerçeve ile sunulduktan sonra konuyu desteklemek amacıyla ampirik bir araştırma yapılmıştır. Araştırma Kocaeli ilinde yer alan belediyeler arasında 5 belediye ve toplam 314 çalışanı kapsamaktadır. Bu kapsamda detaylı bir literatür araştırmasına dayanarak bir iş-yaşam dengesi ve çalışan davranışlarını (iş tatmini, iş yükü ve sadakat) belirlemek için soru formu hazırlanmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler “SPSS for Windows 16,0”programından yararlanılarak değerlendirilmiş, iş-yaşam dengesi ve çalışan davranışı arasındaki ilişki bu bulgularla açıklanarak çalışma tamamlanmıştır
