Faz Kaydırmalı Darbe Genişlik Modülasyonlu 20 kVA Gücünde Bir AA Gerilim Düzenleyici Devrenin Tasarımı ve Gerçekleştirilmesi / A 20 kVA, Phase Shifted PWM AC Voltage Regulator Design and Implementation

Öz

Teknolojideki gelişmeler daha hassas cihazların üretimine olanak tanımıştır. Bu hassas cihazların zarar görmeden, verimli bir şekilde kullanılabilmesi için uygulanan gücün kalitesinin korunması gereklidir. Üretim santralleri ile iletim ve dağıtım hatlarındaki arızalar ve doğrusal olmayan yüklerin artması güç kalitesinde önemli bozulmalara sebep olmaktadır. Mekanik ve elektrikli transformatör kademe değiştiriciler veya doyurmalı reaktörler gibi geleneksel yöntemler artık istenilen güç kalitesini sağlamakta yetersiz kalmaktadır. Bunların yerine yarıiletken teknolojisinin kullanıldığı daha verimli sistemlerin kullanımı önerilmektedir. Yarıiletken teknolojisinin kullanıldığı birçok düzeltici topolojisi üzerine çalışmalar yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmada bu topolojilerin sınıflandırılması yapılmış, farklı topolojiler ele alınarak olumlu ve olumsuz yanları belirtilmiştir. Ayrıca faz kaydırmalı darbe genişlik modülasyonuyla gerçekleştirilen gerilim düzeltici ayrıntılı olarak ele alınmıştır. Bu topolojiye dayalı olarak 20 kVA gücünde bir düzenleyici tasarlanmış, benzetim ve deneysel çalışma sonuçları sunulmuştur.


Abstract

Advances in technology have allowed the production of more sensitive equipment. In order to use these devices safely and efficiently, quality of the applied power needs to be preserved. Failures in the transmission lines, distribution lines and generation plants, and nonlinear loads are the main reasons causing power quality problems. Traditional devices such as mechanical and electronic transformer tap changers or saturated reactors are insufficient to ensure the required quality. More efficient systems utilizing semiconductor technology has been gaining importance. There are several regulator topologies proposed in the literature. Some of these topologies are analyzed in this paper. A comparison of these topologies is presented. One of them, phase shifted pulse width modulation regulator, is analyzed in detail. Simulation and experimental results of a 20 kVA regulator based on this topology are given.
