The purpose of this article is to examine the relationship between remote work and organizational loneliness in the workplace and determine whether personality traits have a significant effect in this relationship. The study's population consists of 1012 public/private sector employees operating in Turkey. Data for the study was collected through 1012 surveys filled out and analyzed by public/private sector employees online. Before proceeding with data analysis, tests related to normal distribution were conducted to determine whether the data followed a normal distribution. Following this, confirmatory factor analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation analyses, regression analyses, and analysis of variance were performed. According to the results of the study, it was found that in both the workplace and remote work settings, remote work increased organizational loneliness (ß = 0.586, p < 0.001).
