YÖNETİCİ SOSYOTELİZMİ(PHUBBİNG): BİR ÖLÇEK UYARLAMA ÇALIŞMASI

Abstract

Yönetici sosyotelizmi, bir çalışanın yöneticisiyle konuşurken veya birbirine yakınken akıllı telefonunun dikkati dağıtacağına ilişkin algı olarak ifade edilebilir. Bu araştırmanın amacı, Yönetici Sosyotelizmi Ölçeği’ni (Roberts ve David, 2017) Türkçe’ye geçerlik ve güvenirliğini sağlayarak uyarlamaktır. Çalışmanın örneklemini, Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi akademik ve idari çalışanları oluşturmaktadır. Bu kapsamda 214 çalışan araştırmaya katılmıştır. Faktör analizi sonucunda, 9 madde ve tek boyuttan oluşan ayrıca toplam varyansın %52,8’ini açıklayan bir ölçme aracı uyarlanmıştır. Doğrulayıcı faktör analizi sonucunda 9 madde ve tek boyutu gösteren modelin iyi uyum indeks değerlerine sahip olduğu görülmüştür (x²/df= 2.87, GFI= 0,90, CFI= 0,92, RMSEA=0,07, SRMR=0,05). Ölçeğin güvenirlik değeri α=0,88 olarak elde edilmiştir. Ölçeğin düzeltilmiş madde toplam korelasyonları0,53 ile 0,74 düzeyinde bulunmuştur. Sonuç olarak, ölçeğin Türkçe’ye uyarlanmış yapısının güvenilir ve geçerliliği olan bir ölçme aracı olduğu ifade edilebilir (Ölçek maddeleri çalışma içinde verilmiştir).
