Abstract

Disiplinlerarası çalışmaların, ilim dünyası açısından bugün olduğu gibi geçmişte de değer gördüğü bilinen bir gerçektir. Nitekim İslam hukuku ve tasavvuf ilimleri arasında bulunan ilişkinin boyutu bu disiplinleri cem ederek kaleme alınan kitapları daha değerli hale getirmektedir. Gazâlî’nin İhyâ’sı ile Şa’rânî’nin el-Mîzânü’l-Kübrâ isimli eseri bu minvalde telif edilen kitaplara örnektir. Sâ‘id b. Ahmed b. Ebî Bekr el-Razî el-Hanefî’nin el-Cem‘u Beyne’l-Fetvâ ve’t-Takvâ fî Muhimmâti’d-Dîni ve’d-Dünyâ eserinde de hukuk-ahlâk ilişkisi takva ve fetva kavramları altında cem edilerek kaleme alınmıştır. Öte yandan hicrî altıncı asır gibi erken bir dönemde neşredilmesi eserin değerini daha da arttırmaktadır. Dünyada sadece Kastamonu El Yazmaları Kütüphanesi’nde 935 kayıt numarası ile bir nüshası bulunan eser, Mehmet Sadi Çögenli, Mustafa Kılıçlı ve Îd Fethî Abdullatif tarafından tahkik ve neşredilmiştir. Kitap değerlendirmesini yapacağımız eser tahkikli haliyle İrşad Yayınevi’nden yayımlanan bu kitap olacaktır. Kitabı ilim dünyasına tanıtma amacıyla yapacağımız bu kritikte kitabı incelerken yapılan tahkik ile alakalı birkaç değerlendirmede de bulunmak yerinde olacaktır.

The Compilation of Fatwa and Piety Regarding the Importance of Religion and Worldly Matters (Sâ‘id b. Ahmed b. Ebî Bekr el-Razî el-Hanefî, İstanbul: Mektebetül-İrşâd, 2020, 688 s.)

Abstract

It is a known fact that interdisciplinary studies were valued in the past as well as today in the scientific world. As a matter of fact, the dimension of the relationship between Islamic law and Sufi sciences makes the books written by combining these disciplines more valuable. Gazali's Ihyâ and Şa'rânî's work named al-Mîzânü'l-Kübrâ are examples of books written in this manner. In Sâ'id b. Ahmed b. In Ebî Bekr el-Razi el-Hanefî's work “el-Cem'u Beyne'l-Fetvâ ve't-Takvâ fî Muhimmâti'd-Dîni ve'd-Dünyâ”, the relationship between law and morality was compiled under the concepts of piety and fatwa. On the other hand, the fact that it was published as early as the sixth century AD further increases the value of the work. The work, of which there is only one copy in the world in the Kastamonu Manuscripts Library with registration number 935, was researched and published by Mehmet Sadi Çögenli, Mustafa Kılıçlı and Îd Fethî Abdullatif. We will criticize this book published by İrşad Publishing House in its original form. In this critique, which we will do with the aim of introducing the book to the scientific world, it would be appropriate to make a few evaluations regarding the investigation made while examining the book.
