Abstract

Perfüzyon kelimesi Fransızca kökenli bir kelime olup ''perfuse'' kelimesinden türemiştir ve bir şey üzerine dökmek, akıtmak ve boşaltmak anlamlarına gelmektedir. Perfüzyon ayrıca hücre, organ ve dokuların beslenmesine de denir. Perfüzyonist; ekstrakorporeal (vücut dışı) dolaşım sisteminin yönetiminden sorumlu profesyonel bir sağlık lisansiyeridir. Bugün dünyada ve ülkemizde en çok ölüme neden olan hastalıkların başında kalp hastalıkları gelmektedir. Kalp hastalıklarındaki artış ve gelişen teknoloji ile perfüzyon teknolojine de daha fazla ihtiyaç duyulacaktır. Ülkemizde her yıl artan sayıda perfüzyonist ihtiyacı oluşmaktadır. Ayrıca teknolojideki gelişmeler ile perfüzyonistlere yeni roller oluşacaktır. Bu anlamda perfüzyonistlik, yakın gelecekte Türkiye'de önemli bir iş alanı olacak gibi görünmektedir.

Perfusionist: May Be The Profession Of The Future

Abstract

The word perfusion is a French origin word, derived from the word "perfuse" and it means pouring, pouring and emptying on something. Perfusion is also called in the nutrition of cells, organs and tissues. Perfusionists; is a professional healthcare licensor responsible for the management of the extracorporeal circulatory system. Today, heart disease is the leading cause of death in the world and in our country. With the increase in heart diseases and developing technology, perfusion technology will be needed more. In our country, there is an increasing number of perfusionist needs every year. In addition, with the advances in technology, new roles will be created for perfusionists. In this sense, perfusionists, will in the near future seem to be an important business area in Turkey.
