Basınç Yaralarına Yönelik Yapılan Bakım Paketi Çalışmaları: Kapsam İncelemesi

Abstract

Günümüzde basınç yaraları, hastanelerde bakım kalitesini düşüren ve aynı zamanda önlenebilir bir komplikasyon olarak kabul edilmektedir. Basınç yaralarını önlemenin tedaviden daha düşük maliyetli olduğu bilinmektedir. Ancak, günümüzde özellikle yoğun bakım ünitelerinde basınç yaralarının insidansının çok yüksek olduğu gözlemlenmektedir. Uluslararası kılavuzlarda kanıta dayalı uygulamaların bir arada uygulanması, basınç yaralarının insidansını azaltmaya yardımcı olabilir. Bu kanıta dayalı uygulamaların bir araya getirilip uygulanmasıyla oluşan bakım paketleri, basınç yaralarının sıklığını azaltmaya yönelik bir başlangıç noktası olabilir. Bu nedenle, basınç yaralarının azaltılmasında oldukça etkili olduğu görülen bakım paketi uygulamalarına odaklanarak, son on yılda yapılan araştırma makalelerinin sonuçları bu derlemede ele alınmıştır.

BUNDLE STUDIES RELATED TO PRESSURE WOUNDS: SCOPING REVIEW

Abstract

In contemporary healthcare settings, pressure ulcers are acknowledged as a preventable complication that not only compromises the quality of care in hospitals but also escalates healthcare costs. It is widely recognized that preventing pressure ulcers is more cost-effective than treating them. However, it is currently observed that the incidence of pressure ulcers is particularly high in intensive care units. The simultaneous implementation of evidence-based practices outlined in international guidelines may contribute to reducing the incidence of pressure ulcers. Care bundles formed basınç yarası the amalgamation and application of these evidence-based practices could serve as an initial step towards decreasing the prevalence of pressure ulcers. Therefore, focusing on care bundle interventions, which have been shown to be highly effective in reducing pressure ulcer occurrences, the findings of research articles from the past decade have been addressed in this review.
