Yapay Zeka, İnsan Hakları ve İnsan Haklarının Korunması Açısından Yapay Zekanın Denetimi

Year 2023, Volume: 5 Issue: 2, 117 - 145, 20.02.2024

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence, Human Rights and Supervision of Artificial Intelligence in Terms of Protection of Human Rights

Year 2023, Volume: 5 Issue: 2, 117 - 145, 20.02.2024

Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) is one of the most important technologies of the 21st century, with a wide range of applications from health services to production processes, from crime fighting to personal assistant applications. Although the benefits of artificial intelligence systems, which are used more and more by everyone, are indisputable, it is seen that they may cause inconveniences for society and individuals and also may violate human rights. In this article, the areas of use of artificial intelligence and what kind of human rights violations it may cause are examined, and the role of the supervision of artificial intelligence to protect human rights is discussed.
