Tegenaria hasperi Chyzer, 1897 ve Tegenaria argaeica Nosek, 1905, (Araneae Agelenidae) Türlerinin Sitogenetik Özelliklerinin Araştırılması

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Agelenidae familyasına ait Tegenaria hasperi ve Tegenaria argaeica türleri sitogenetik olarak ilk defa araştırılmıştır. Türlere ait diploid kromozom sayıları ve eşey kromozom sistemleri belirlenmiştir. Türlerin kromozom morfolojisiyle beraber kromozomların mayoz bölünme esnasındaki davranışları incelenmiştir. Kromozom preparatları klasik yayma metodu yapılarak hazırlanmış ve türlere ait karyotipler Adobe Photoshop CS3 programı kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda her iki türde de kromozom morfolojisi telosentrik tipte bulunmuştur. Kromozomların relatif uzunlukları ise kademeli olarak azalış göstermektedir. Diploid kromozom sayısı ve eşey kromozomu sistemleri T. hasperi’de 2n♂=43, X1X2X30 ve T. argaeica’da 2n♂=42, X1X20 şeklinde tespit edilmiştir.

Investigation of The Cytogenetic Properties of Tegenaria hasperi Chyzer, 1897 and Tegenaria argaeica Nosek, 1905, (Araneae: Agelenidae)

Abstract

In this study, Tegenaria hasperi and Tegenaria argaeica belonging to the Agelenidae family were investigated for the first time cytogenetically. Diploid chromosome numbers and sex chromosome systems of species were determined. Along with the chromosome morphology of the species, the behavior of chromosomes during meiosis was investigated. Chromosome preparations were prepared by classical spreading method and karyotypes belonging to the species were made using Adobe Photoshop CS3 program. As a result of the study, the chromosome morphology of both species was found to be of the telocentric type. Relative lengths of chromosomes decrease gradually. Diploid chromosome numbers and sex chromosome systems were determined as 2n♂ = 43, X1X2X30 for T. hasperi and 2n♂ = 42, X1X20 for T. argaeica.
