Canine Adenovirus Enfeksiyonları

Öz

Adenoviridae ailesinde yer alan Canine adenoviruslar, Canine Adenovirus Tip 1 (CAV 1) ve Canine Adenovirus Tip 2 (CAV 2) olmak üzere iki tip olup, sırasıyla, infectious canine hepatitis (ICH) ve infectious canine laryngotracheitis’e neden olmaktadır. Canine adenovirusların neden olduğu bu iki hastalık, dünya çapında görülen çok önemli adenovirus enfeksiyonlarındandır. Yeni doğan ve genç köpekler her iki tipe karşı duyarlı olup, yetişkin köpekler genellikle iyi prognoza sahiptir. Bu derlemenin amacı, özellikle yavru köpeklerde etkili olan her iki adenoviral enfeksiyon hakkında bilgi vermektir.
