Asenkron Motorlarda Gerçek Zamanlı Durum İzleme ve Arıza Tespiti

Öz

Asenkron
makinalar, endüstride çok yaygın kullanılmakta ve önemli bir rol oynamaktadır
bu nedenle güvenilir ve emniyetli çalışması kullanıcılar açısından çok
önemlidir. Genellikle güvenlidirler ancak zamanla yıpranmaktadırlar. Asenkron
makinaların arızaları sistemde aşırı kesintilere neden olabilir ve bu
kesintiler sonucu büyük ekonomik kayıplara neden olabilirler. Bu durum asenkron
makine durumunun sürekli olarak izlenmesine ve incelemesine motive etmektedir.
Gerçek zamanlı durum izleme, beklenmedik arızaları ve bakım maliyetlerini
azaltmak amacıyla arızaları tespit etmek için bir makina çalışırken ölçümler
yapmayı ifade etmektedir. Bu çalışmada, asenkron makinaların gerçek zamanlı
arıza tespiti ve teşhisinde kullanılan yöntemler incelenmekte ve gelecekteki
araştırma alanları tanımlamaktadır.
