MATERNAL BAKIMDA KANITA DAYALI UYGULAMA KÜLTÜRÜNÜN OLUŞTURULMASI

Yıl 2017, Cilt: 6 Sayı: 2, 130 - 138, 30.06.2017

Öz

Kanıta dayalı uygulama, klinik karar verme sürecinde problem çözücü bir yaklaşımdır. Kanıta dayalı uygulamanın  birçok yararı olmasına rağmen, maternal bakımda kanıt temelli uygulamalar yetersizdir. Bu çalışma, ülkemizde maternal bakımda kanıta dayalı uygulama kültürü oluşturmada gerekli olan unsurları belirlemek amacıyla derleme şeklinde planlanmıştır. Yapılan literatür taraması sonucu kanıta dayalı uygulama kültürü oluşturmak için gerekli olan unsurlar; "değişime hazır olma", "mentörlük sistemleri", "kaynakların temini", "ödüllendirme sistemleri", "sürekli eğitimler", "kanıta dayalı uygulama modelleri" ve "karar destek sistemleri" olarak bulunmuştur. Maternal bakımda kanıta dayalı uygulama kültürü oluşturmak için mentörlerin var olması, klinikte karar destek sistemleri ve modellerin kullanılması, sürekli eğitimlerin, hemşireleri teşvik etmede ödüllendirme sistemlerin oluşturulması, kliniklerde rehberlere ulaşmayı sağlayan kaynakların var olması önerilmektedir.
