Böbrek Nakli Hastalarında İmmünosüpresan Tedaviye Uyum ve Hemşirenin Sorumlulukları

Öz

Böbrek nakli hastaları, transplante edilen böbreğin sağlığının sürdürülmesi için

yaşam boyu immünosüpresif tedaviye (İT) ihtiyaç duymaktadır. İmmünosüpresif

tedaviye uyumsuzluk oranları böbrek nakli yapılan hastalarda oldukça yüksektir

ve istenmeyen sonuçlara yol açmaktadır. İmmünosüpresif tedaviye uyum

göstermeyen hastalar, artmış mortalite ve morbidite, azalmış yaşam kalitesi ve

diyaliz tedavisine dönüş gibi sonuçlarla karşılaşabilmektedirler. Buna rağmen

böbrek nakli hastalarında immünosüpresan tedaviye uyumsuzluk oranları %15-55

arasında değişmektedir. Böbrek nakli hastalarının immünosüpresan tedaviye

uyumlarını; sosyoekonomik ve kültürel faktörler, hasta ilişkili faktörler, durum

ilişkili faktörler ve tedavi ilişkili faktörler etkileyebilmektedir. Böbrek nakli

hastalarının immünosüpresif tedaviye uyumunun artırılmasında hemşirelerin çok

önemli görev ve sorumlulukları bulunmaktadır. Hemşireler immünosüpresan

tedaviye uyumu etkileyen faktörleri bilmeli ve doğru müdahaleleri planlamalıdır.

Hemşireler, hastalara immünosüpresan ilaçlar konusunda eğitim ve danışmanlık

hizmeti vermeli, ev ziyaretleri düzenlemeli ve telefon görüşmeleri yapmalıdırlar.

Hemşireler, hastalara uyumu artıran yöntemleri planlama konusunda destek

olmalıdırlar. Bu makalede böbrek nakli yapılan hastalarda immünosüpresan grubu

ilaçlara uyum hakkında bilgi sunulmuştur.
