Öz

Crush sendromu diğer isimleriyle ezilme sendromu veya travmatik rabdomiyoliz, kas travması sonrası meydana gelen ani ve hızlı gelişen kas hasarının neden olduğu sistemik bir bozukluktur. Crush sendromu; deprem, güneş çarpması, ağır egzersiz, künt yaralanmalar gibi kası etkileyen travmatik olaylar nedeniyle meydana gelir. Hiperkalemi ve akut tübüler nekroz bu sendromun yol açtığı mortalitenin başlıca nedenleridir. Crush sendromu olduğundan şüphelenilen hastalara en kısa zamanda potasyum içermeyen, tercihen %0.9’luk NaCl intravenöz olarak verilmelidir.
