ÜÇ BOYUTLU YAZICILARDA KULLANILAN DOLULUK ORANININ HASAR YÜKÜNE OLAN ETKİSİNİN BELİRLENMESİ

Öz

Bu çalışmada, yazdırma doluluk oranının, 3B yazıcıda yazdırılan parçaların çekme hasar yüküne olan etkisi deneysel olarak incelenmiştir. Bu çalışma, tarafımızca daha önce yapılan çalışmanın [1] devamı niteliğinde olup, yeni filament tipi eklenerek içeriği genişletilmiştir. Parçaların yazdırılmasında PLA, ABS, Naylon ve destek malzemesi olarak kullanılan Polistiren filamentler tercih edilmiştir. Yazdırılan parçalar için doluluk oranları %15, %50 ve %100 olarak seçilmiştir. Elde edilen deneysel sonuçlar, doluluk oranlarındaki artışa bağlı olarak hasar yüklerinde belirgin şekilde artış meydana geldiğini göstermiştir.

DETERMINATION OF THE INFILL RATIO EFFECT ON THE FAILURE LOADS OF THE PRINTED PARTS

Öz

In
this study, the effect of infill ratio on tensile failure loads of printed parts
using 3D printer was investigated as experimentally. This study also is a
follow-up study performed previous paper [1] by authors and the new filament
type was added to extend. Through the printing process, Poly (lactic acid) (PLA),
acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), Nylon and Polystyrene support filaments
were chosen. The infill ratios of printed parts were selected as 15%, 50%, and
100% respectively. The experiment results showed that the failure loads were
increased depended on the increasing of infill ratios.
