Öz
Phyllodes tumours are rare and account for 0.4% of breast tumours. The majority of them tend to be less than 5 cm in size with giant tumours larger than 10 cm being about 20 % of these cases. Here, a 75-year-old woman patient diagnosed by malignant phyllodes tumour was submitted. The patient was hospitalized with a diagnosis of rapidly enlarging bulk in the left breast. After physicial and radiological examination the patient underwent excisional biopsy was performed. On gross examination, there was a 17 cm in size, nodüler outer surface, sectional face was observed in solid tumors and nodular apperance. The case diagnosed as malignant phyllodes tumor has been presented in company with the literature as a result of the histopathologic and immunohistochemical analysis

Öz
Filloides tümörler nadirdir ve primer meme tümörlerinin % o.4ünü oluşturur. Çoğunluğu 5 cmden küçük olmakla beraber %20sinde tümör boyutu 10 cmden büyüktür. Bu yazıda, malign filloides tümör tanısı alan 75 yaşındaki kadın hasta sunulmuştur. Olgu, sol memede hızlı büyüyen kitle nedeni ile hastanemize başvurdu. Hastanın fizik muayene, ultrasonografik ve mamografik incelemesinden sonra kitle eksize edildi. Makroskopik incelemesinde 17 cm boyutunda nodüler dış yüzeyli, kesit yüzü solid, nodüler görünümlü tümör izlendi. Histopatolojik ve immünohistokimyasal inceleme sonucu malign filloides tümör tanısı alan olgu literatür eşliğinde sunuldu.
