Öz
Primer spontan pnömotoraks genellikle astenik yapılı genç erkeklerde
görülen bir durumdur. Bu olguların çoğunda altta yatan bir
büllöz akciğer hastalığı bulunmaktadır. Bu yazıda, 24 yaşındaki kadın
hastada günlük aktivite sırasında ağır kaldırmaya bağlı oluşan
spontan pnömotoraks olgusu sunulmuştur.

Öz
Primary spontaneous pneumothorax is usually seen in young and asthenic males. In many of these cases, there is an underlying bulleous lung disease. In this case report, a 24 year old female patient with primary spontaneous pneumothorax due to lifting a weight in daily life has been presented
