Nematodes and their Trophic Groups in a Fruits Orchard Located at Kahramanmaras Sutcu Imam University

Kahramanmaras Sütçü Đmam Üniversitesi Meyve Bahçesindeki Nematodlar ve Trofik Grupları

Öz

Bu çalısmada Kahramanmaras Sütçü imam Üniversitesi, Ziraat Fakültesi Arastırma ve Uygulama Alanında
1999 yılında kurulmus çok yıllık farklı meyve ağaçlarından olusan bir bahçede, toprak ve bitki köklerindeki
nematodların tespiti ve trofik gruplarına göre değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıstır. 2007 ve 2008 yıllarında nematodların
aktif olduğu yaz aylarında bahçede mevcut Antep fıstığı, badem, ceviz, elma, erik, kayısı, kiraz, seftali, zeytin olmak
üzere toplam 9 farklı meyve ağacının kök çevresinden toprak ve kök örnekleri alınmıstır. Alınan toprak ve kök
örneklerinden elde edilen nematodlar mikroskop altında incelenerek, geçici preparatları hazırlanmıs ve gerekli
literatürün ısığı altında teshis edilmistir. Bu çalısma sonucunda 2 bitki paraziti nemaod (Meloidogyne incognita
Kofoid et White, 1919 ve Pratylenchus sp.), 2 bakterivor (Cephalobus ve Acrobeloides), 2 fungivor (Aphelenchus,
Aphelenchoides), 1 omnivor (Discolaimus) ve 1 avcı nematod (Mononchus) cinsi saptanmıstır. Tespit edilen bu
nematodlar grupları Kahramanmaras ili için yeni olup, bitki paraziti türlerin bulunduğu konukçuya ekonomik zararı,
diğer bitki paraziti olmayan grupların ise toprak faunası, sağlığı ve toprak nematod biyoçesitliliği açısından kayda
değer bulunmustur.
