Öz

Araştırma etiği; araştırmanın gerçekçi ve etkin olarak ihtiyaca cevap verebilecek şekilde tasarlanmasına; katılımcıların bütünlüğünü koruyarak yürütülmesine; sonlandırılmasına ve çalışma sonuçlarının dürüstçe yayınlanmasına rehberlik edebilen çeşitli etik gereklilikler sunarak, insanlar üzerinde araştırmaların ahlaki olarak haklı çıkartılmasına olanak sağlamaktadır. Günümüzde bu etik gereklilikler için en sağlam zemini temel etik ilkeler oluşturmaktadır. Çünkü bireyin özerkliğine saygı, yararlılık, zarar vermeme/kötü davranmama ve adalet ilkeleri; katılımcının özerk kararı için aydınlatılmış onamının elde edilmesi, araştırmada karşılaşılabilecek zarar ve tehlikelerin en aza indirilmesi, olası zararlar için gerekli önlemelerin alınması, katılımcının mahremiyetinin korunması ve katılımcıların seçiminde adil davranılması yönünde etik ödevler yaratmaktadır.

Research Ethics

Öz

Research ethics; research designed to be realistic and to effectively respond to the needs; preserving the integrity of the conduct of the participants; terminated the ethical requirements and offering a range of guidance that can honestly be published the study results, allowing research on human beings to be justified morally. Today, these fundamental ethical requirements constitute the solid foundation for ethical principles. Because the principles of respect for individual autonomy, beneficence, do not harm/non maleficence and justice; obtaining informed consent for the autonomous decision of the participants, minimizing the harms and risks that may be encountered in the research, taking the necessary prevention for possible harms, create ethical duties towards fair treatment of the selection and preservation of participant's privacy.
