Öz
In this study, the characteristic curve for the oil agglomeration of Ukraine coal was determined. Primarily, the effects of agglomeration time, stirring speed, bridging liquid concentration and the oxidation on the size distribution of agglomeration were investigated. The d50 values were obtained from the cumulative undersize curves and the variation in d50 was interpreted as depending on the factors mentioned above. By defining the experimental data in dimensionless form, it was found that there was no change in the form of cumulative undersize curves. This state indicates that the size distribution of agglomeration shows the behavior of self- preserving. General characteristic curve was determined using this property of agglomerate and the equation of this curve was given. The form of the characteristic curve does not change with stirring speed, bridging liquid concentration and agglomeration time, but the oxidation affects the shape of the curve

Öz
Bu çalışmada, Ukrayna kömürünün yağ aglomerasyonu için karakteristik eğrisi belirlenmiştir. Öncelikle aglomeratlarm boyut dağılımına, aglomerasyon süresinin, karıştırma hızının, bağlayıcı sıvı konsantrasyonunun ve oksidasyonun etkileri incelenmiştir. Aglomeratlarm kümülatif elek altı eğrilerinden d50 değerleri tespit edilmiş ve yukarıda belirtilen etkenlere bağlı olarak değişimi yorumlanmıştır. Deney bulgularının boyutsuz formda ifade edilmesinden, kümülatif elek altı eğrilerinin şeklinde değişme olmadığı belirlenmiştir. Bu durum aglomeratlarm boyut dağılımının kendini koruyan davranış gösterdiğini ortaya koymaktadır. Aglomeratlarm bu özelliğinden yararlanılarak, genel karakteristik eğri belirlenmiş ve bu eğrinin eşitliği verilmiştir. Karakteristik eğri şeklinin, karıştırma hızı, bağlayıcı sıvı konsantrasyonu ve aglomerasyon süresine bağlı olarak değişmediği fakat oksidasyondan etkilendiği ortaya konmuştur
