Yumurta Toplama Günü Perifoliküler Kan Akımı Oosit Toplama Şansını Tahmin Edebilir mi?

Öz

Amaç: Yumurta toplama günü folikül etrafı kan akımının oosit çıkma olasılığını öngörebilebilmesini araştırmak. Hastalar ve Yöntem: Bir üniversite hastanesinde in vitro fertilizasyon tedavisi alan 47 kadın prospektif kohort çalışmaya dahil edildi. Folikül etrafı kan akımı yumurta toplama günü değerlendirildi. Toplama sırasında yumurta çıkma veya çıkmamasına göre iki grup belirlendi. Farklı perifoliküler kan akım gruplarına göre oosit sınıflamaları karşılaştırıldı. Bulgular: Gruplar arasında folikül başına perifoliküler kan akımında fark görülmedi. Farklı perifoliküler kanlanma gruplarında oosit sınıflaması değişmedi. Sonuç: Yumurta toplama günü yüksek perifoliküler kanlanma yumurta elde etme şansını öngöremez. Yüksek perifoliküler kanlanma yumurta toplanabilse dahi kalitesini belirleyemez.
