Sangiovese üzüm çeşidinde dönemsel yaprak su potansiyeli (ψyaprak) değişimleri ve salkım seyreltme uygulamalarına bağlı olarak düzenlenen sulama oranlarının verim, sürgün ve gelişme özellikleri üzerine etkileri

Bu
çalışma
2013 yılı vejetasyon periyodunda Tekirdağ ili Şarköy ilçesi koşullarında,
40° 37' 49.98" K enlem ve 27° 09' 28.00" D
boylamında, rakımı 41 m olan üretici bağında, tesadüf blokları deneme desenine
göre 4 tekerrürlü olarak gerçekleştirilmiş olup; yaprak su potansiyeli ve salkım seyreltme uygulamalarının Sangiovese
üzüm çeşidinde verim, sürgün ve gelişme özellikleri üzerine etkilerini
belirlemek amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Kontrol,
Ψşö nЄ (-0.3/ -0.5]
MPa, Ψşö nЄ (-0.3/ -0.6] MPa ve Ψşö nЄ (-0.3/ -0.7]
MPa olmak üzere 4 farklı yaprak su
potansiyeli (
Ψyaprak)
uygulaması ile Salkım Seyreltmesiz ve % 50 Salkım Seyreltme olmak üzere 2
farklı salkım seyreltme uygulaması yapılmıştır. Araştırmada fenolojik gelişme
aşamaları, yaprak su potansiyelleri, sürgün özellikleri (sürgün uzunluğu,
sürgün uzama hızı, budama odunu ağırlığı, güç, bir yıllık dal ağırlığı, ravaz
indeksi), omca başına düşen göz sayısı, dengelenmiş budama göz sayısı ve omca
başına verim kriterleri incelenmiştir. Uygulamaların
etkileri incelendiğinde
Ψşö nЄ (-0.3/ -0.5]
MPa uygulaması ile budama odunu
ağırlığı, bir yıllık dal ağırlığı, güç ve verimde artış,
Ψşö nЄ (-0.3/ -0.7]
MPa uygulaması neticesinde ise buna
göre daha düşük değerler elde edilmiştir.
Salkım seyreltme
uygulamalarının yaprak su potansiyeli üzerinde fark edilir bir etkisi
görülmemiştir. Sonuç olarak verim ve
sürgün özellikleri dikkate alındığında Sangiovese üzüm çeşidi için yaprak su
potansiyeli uygulamalarından
Ψşö nЄ (-0.3/ -0.7]
MPa aralığı ile birlikte % 50 SS
uygulaması önerilebilir.

Periodic changes of leaf water potentials (ψleaf) and cluster thinning applications depending on regulated irrigation ratios effects on yield, shoot and growing characteristics in cv. Sangiovese

Öz



In this study, the vegetation period in 2013 and in the province of
Tekirdag Sarkoy district conditions; 40°37'49.98" N latitude and 27° 09'
28.00" E in longitude, with 41 m altitude, randomized block has been
performed in 4 replicates the pattern of the cv. Sangiovese of leaf water
potential and cluster thinning practices are conducted to determine the effects
of yield, shoot and growing
characteristics
. Control Ψpd n
Є (-0.3/ -0.5] MPa, Ψpd nЄ (-0.3/ -0.6] MPa and Ψpd nЄ (-0.3/ -0.7] MPa, including 4 different leaf water potential (Ψleaf)
application with bunches dilution and 50% cluster thinning (CT), including 2
different cluster thinning application is made. The phenological growth stages,
leaf water potentials, shoot characteristics (shoot length, shoot growth rate,
pruning weight, puissance, one year old arm weight, IR), bud number per grape vine,
bud number of balanced pruning, yield per grape vine criteria are evaluated.
When the effects of applications examined;
Ψpd n
Є (-0.3/ -0.5] MPa application pruning weight, one year old arm weight, puissance and yield
values are increased than
Ψpd n
Є (-0.3/ -0.7] MPa values. There is
no appreciable effect of cluster thinning applications on leaf water potentials.
As a result when the yield and shoot growing characteristics being considered for
the cv. Sangiovese; Ψpd n
Є (-0.3/ -0.7] MPa range and 50% CT
application is recommended.
