Kabakta (Cucurbita pepo L.) Bemisia tabaci (Genn.) B ve Q Biyotiplerinin (Hemiptera:Aleyrodidae) gümüşi yaprak simptomu oluşturması yönünden araştırılması

Öz

Bu çalışmada farklı coğrafi bölgelerden toplanan Bemisia tabaci B ve Q biyotipleri, kabak bitkisinde gümüşi yaprak belirtisi oluşturması yönünden araştırılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlar, B biyotipine ait tüm popülasyonların (Tarsus, Harbiye, Gazipaşa) kabak bitkisinde gümüşi yaprak belirtisi oluşturduğunu ancak Q biyotipi popülasyonlarının (Ceyhan, Söke, Aydın merkez, Nazilli, Antalya) söz konusu belirtiyi meydana getirmediğini ortaya koymuştur.

The research of Biotypes B and Q of Bemisia tabaci (Genn.) (Hemiptera:Aleyrodidae) in terms of create silverleaf symptom on squash (Cucurbita pepo L.)

Öz

In this study, B and Q biotypes of Bemisia tabaci which is collected from different geographic areas, was investigated in terms of inducing silverleaf symptom on squash plant. The results showed that, biotype B populations (Tarsus, Harbiye, Gazipaşa) has induced silverleaf symptom on squash plant but biotype Q (Ceyhan, Söke, Aydın merkez, Nazili, Antalya) populations has not brought out silverleaf symptoms.
