Öz

Various financing methods are used in air transport. Airline operators
are faced with many problems in using these methods. This study has been
analysed the financing problems of the airline company in Turkey by the method
DEMATEL. Thus, the cause-effect relationship, the relationship level and the
priority status among the problems are explained. According to the results of
analysis, it can be said that cause and effect problems are in general
compatible with each other. Financial management and structuring problems are
most strongly related with other problems. In addition, the priority level of
financial management and structuring is seen as the most important reason
(affecting) problem. The problem of lack of government support for financing is
reason problem with the lowest level of relationship and priority. As a result,
some of the financing problems of airline companies are the cause and some are
the result. It is also seen that the problems are in a hierarchical priority
within a strong and weak relationship with each other.

Türkiye’de Havayolu Taşımacılığının Finansman Sorunları: Dematel Yöntemi Uygulaması

Bu
çalışmada ilk bölümde Dünyada ve Türkiye’de havayolu işletmelerinde kullanılan finansman
yöntemleri açıklanmaktadır. İkinci bölümümde konunun literatür taraması
yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmanın son bölümünde ise Türkiye'deki havayolu işletmelerinin
finansman sorunları DEMATEL yöntemi ile analiz edilmiştir. Böylece sorunlar
arasındaki neden sonuç ilişkisi, ilişki düzeyi ve öncelik durumu
açıklanmaktadır. Analize göre genel olarak neden ve sonuç sorunlarının
birbiriyle uyumlu olduğu söylenebilir. Finansal yönetim ve yapılanma sorunları
diğer sorunlarla en kuvvetli ilişki içindedir. Ayrıca finansal yönetim ve
yapılanma, öncelik düzeyi en önemli neden (etkileyen) sorunu olarak
görülmektedir. Finansmana yönelik devlet desteklerinin olmaması ise ilişki
düzeyi ve öncelik düzeyi en düşük neden sorunu durumundadır. Sonuç olarak
hava yolu işletmelerinin finansman sorunlarının bazıları neden, bazıları ise
sonuç durumundadır. Ayrıca sorunların birbirleriyle kuvvetli ve zayıf ilişki
içerisinde, hiyerarşik bir öncelik sırasında olduğu görülmektedir.
