Prospective authors should note that only original and previously unpublished manuscripts will be considered. The REAL rarely intends to publish only original, new, and creative scale development studies which are mainly expected to be focused on new issues in the field of educational leadership.

Manuscripts should follow the latest APA style edition (Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association) including organization and structure, formatting of references, tables, and figures, and all other APA formatting concerns. Submissions must be between 4.000-8.000 words in length. The main document file with abstract, keywords, main text, and references should be kept anonymous. Manuscripts with author information will be returned to the authors.

The impact of COVID 19 on the peer review process

Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, many researchers and reviewers may have difficulty in meeting the timelines associated with our peer-review process. That's why the review process of submissions may take more than it takes during normal times. We kindly request our authors to intend to be flexible at this time for an effective review process.
