Kişi-Örgüt Uyumunun Örgütsel Vatandaşlık Davranışına Etkisi: Duygusal Bağlılığın Aracılık Rolü

Öz

The purpose of study is to determine the effect of personorganization fit on organizational citizenship behavior and to investigate whether affective commitment plays a mediating role between these two variables. The sample is consists of 177 people working in private hospitals in Çorum. As a result of the analysis, it is found that person-organization fit has a positive relationship with affective commitment and organizational citizenship behavior, also affective commitment has a positive relationship with organizational citizenship behavior. KİŞİ-ÖRGÜT UYUMUNUN ÖRGÜTSEL VATANDAŞLIK DAVRANIŞINA ETKİSİ: DUYGUSAL BAĞLILIĞIN ARACILIK ROLÜ

Öz

Çalışmanın amacı, kişi-örgüt uyumunun örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı üzerindeki etkisini ve duygusal bağlılığın bu iki değişken arasında aracılık rolünü belirlemektir. Araştırmanın örneklemini, Çorum ilinde faaliyet gösteren özel hastanelerde çalışan toplam 177 kişi oluşturmaktadır. Analizler sonucunda, kişi-örgüt uyumunun duygusal bağlılık ve örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı ile anlamlı ve pozitif bir ilişki içinde olduğu, yine duygusal bağlılık ile örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı arasında anlamlı ve pozitif bir ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca, duygusal bağlılığın kişiörgüt uyumu ve örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı arasındaki ilişki üzerinde aracılık etkisinin olup olmadığını belirlemek amacıyla hiyerarşik regresyon analizi yapılmıştır. Bu analiz sonucunda da duygusal bağlılığın kişi-örgüt uyumu ve örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı arasında tam aracılık rolü olduğu tespit edilmiştir
