Öz

Parsiyel taşımacılık, tüm taşıma modalarında lojistik maliyetleri düşürmek adına dünyada yaygın olarak kullanılan bir taşıma şeklidir. Çalışmada Konya ilinde hizmet veren RSC Lojistik ve Dış Ticaret firmasının denizyolu parsiyel taşımacılık stratejisi SWOT (Güçlü Yönler, Zayıf Yönler, Fırsatlar ve Tehditler) analizi ile incelenmiştir. SWOT analizi, iç ve dış ortamları analiz etmek için kullanılan önemli bir tekniktir ve çoğunlukla çevresel faktörlerin yalnızca nitel incelemesini dikkate almaktadır. Bu eksikliklerin üstesinden gelmek adına, çalışmada SWOT analizi kriterler arasındaki göreceli önem ağırlıklarını belirleyebilmek için bulanık AHP (Analitik Hiyerarşi Prosesi) ile birlikte kullanılmıştır. SWOT- bulanık AHP entegrasyonu literatürde başvurulan bir yöntem olmasına rağmen, bu yöntemi freight forwarder firmalarının parsiyel taşımacılık stratejisine uygulayan ilk çalışmadır. Çalışma bu yönüyle literatüre katkı sağlamaktadır. Elde edilen bulgular sonucunda en önemli önceliğin “konteyner eksikliği ve gemide yer sorunu” olduğu tespit edilirken en az önemli öncelik “karşı ödemeli yüklerin parsiyelde baskın olması” olarak bulunmuştur.
