LİDERLİKLE İLGİLİ GÜÇLÜKLER VE 1960-2016 ARASI DÖNEMDE SOMALİ’DEKİ SİYASİ ÇATIŞMA ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİSİ

Öz

Bu çalışmanın
amacı, politik çatışmaların tarihini, liderlikle ilgili güçlükleri ve bu
güçlüklerin Somali politik tarih üzerindeki etkilerini keşfetmektir. Veri
toplama amacı doğrultusunda muhtelif internet sitelerindeki arşive ait veriler,
akademi kaynaklı makale ve kitaplar toplanabilir. Araştırmanın genel yapısı
niteliksel bir temele sahip olabilir. Toplanan verilerin analizi için sabit
kıyaslamalı analiz gerçekleştirilebilir, bu analize temellendirilmiş teori
eşlik edebilir. Çalışmanın amacı, ülkedeki mevcut çatışma durumuna yönelik
uygun çözümler bulup bu çatışmaları en asgari düzeye çekebilmektir.

LEADERSHİP CHALLENGES AND İTS INFLUENCE ON SOMALİ POLİTİCAL 1960-2016

Öz

The current
study intends to explore the history of the political conflicts, leadership
challenges and their influence on the political history of Somalia. For the
purpose of data collection, archival data from various websites, scholarly
articles and books would be gathered and the research design would be
qualitative. In order to analyze the collected data, the use of constant
comparative analysis would be used along with the grounded theory. The aim of
the study is to try to devise some suitable solutions for the current state of
conflict within the country in order to try to minimize it.
