Türkiye’de işletmecilik alanında uzun
süredir başarıyla gerçekleştirilen ‘İşletmecilik Kongresi’ 17. Oturumunda
uluslararası bir nitelik kazandırılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu vesile ile
kongrenin 17. Oturumu ‘Uluslararası Katılımlı İşletmecilik Kongresi’ olarak tanımlanmıştır.
Kongrenin bu niteliği kazanmasında katkıları olan herkese teşekkür ederiz. Umut
ederiz ki bu kıymetli kongrenin ileriki oturumlarının da bu nitelikte
gerçekleşmesidir.

17. Uluslararası İşletmecilik Kongresi’ne
akademi, iş dünyası, sivil toplum kuruluşları ve bireysel olarak yaklaşık 700
katılımcı ilgi göstermiştir.  Kongrede
sunulmak üzere 400’den fazla çalışma tarafımıza ulaşmıştır. Bu çalışmalardan
yaklaşık 250 tanesi kongrede sunulmuştur. Bu sunulan çalışmalardan 57 tanesi
ise ‘Uluslararası İktisadi ve İdari İncelemeler Dergisi’ tarafından bu özel
sayıda yayınlanmıştır.

26-28 Nisan 2018 tarihlerinde Çeşme’de
düzenlenen, 17. Uluslararası Katılımlı İşletmecilik Kongresi’nin İzmir Katip
Çelebi Üniversitesi, İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi, İşletme Bölümü ev
sahipliğinde gerçekleştirilmesinden dolayı büyük bir mutluluk ve onur duyduk.

Kongrenin düzenlenmesi sırasında her
zaman desteklerini hissettiğimiz Danışma Kurulu değerli üyelerine, bildiri tam
metin ve özetlerini dikkatle ve özenle değerlendiren Bilim Kurulu üyelerine çok
teşekkür ederiz.

Kongre bildirilerini makale olarak
yayınlamak üzere gönderen değerli akademisyenlere ve makaleleri değerlendiren
değerli hakemlere çok teşekkür ederiz.

Kongre özel sayısı editörleri Dr. Öğr.
Üyesi Şuayyip Doğuş DEMİRCİ ve Dr. Öğr. Üyesi Şaban ÇELİK’e çok teşekkür
ederiz.

Kongre bildirilerinin makale olarak
yayınlanması için kongre katılımcılarına yayın olanağı sunan, Uluslararası

'Business Congress’ which has long
been successfully performed in the field of business in Turkey, was held in
imparting international qualifications at the 17^th anniversary. For
this reason, the Congress was labelled as ‘internationally Participated
Business Congress’ at the 17^th anniversary. We would like to thank
to those who contributed the qualification of the congress. We hope that the
future sessions of this precious congress will also take place in this
direction.

Approximately 700 participants coming
from academia, business, non-governmental organizations and individually were
interested in the 17^th Internationally Participated Business
Congress. More than 400 studies have been received to be presented at the
Congress. About 250 of them were presented at the congress. Of these works, 57
were published in this special issue by the International Journal of Economic
and Administrative Studies.

We were very pleased and honored that
the 17^th Internationally Participated Business Congress held in Çeşme
on April 26-28, 2018, was hosted by İzmir Katip Çelebi University, Faculty of
Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration.

We would like to thank the esteemed
members of the Advisory Board, which we always feel support during the Congress
and the esteemed members of the Scientific Council who carefully and precisely
evaluated the full texts and abstracts of the papers.

We would like to thank the esteemed
academics who sent their paper for publication as articles and the esteemed
referees who evaluated the articles.

We would like to thank Assist.Prof.Dr.
Şuayyip Doğuş DEMİRCİ and Assist.Prof.Dr. Şaban ÇELİK who act as a field editor
of this special issue.

We offer our endless gratitude to
Prof.Dr. Kenan ÇELİK, Editor of the International Journal of Economics and
