TKY ARAÇLARININ KULLANIMI VE FİRMA YENİLİKÇİLİĞİNİN YENİ ÜRÜN GELİŞTİRME HIZI VE İŞLETME PERFORMANSINA ETKİSİ

Öz

Bu çalışmada toplam kalite yönetimi (TKY) araçları kullanımı ve
firma yenilik çabalarının ürün geliştirme hızı ve işletme performansına olan
etkisi incelenmiştir. Marmara Bölgesinde kalite belgeli işletmeler üzerinde
gerçekleştirilen araştırmada 96 işletmenin orta düzey yöneticisinden elde edilen
veriler analiz edilmiştir. Hipotezlerin test edilmesi için Regresyon analizi
yapılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre, TKY araçlarının kullanımı ve firma
yenilikçiliği işletme performansını etkilemektedir. Elde edilen bir diğer sonuç
ise, yeni ürün geliştirme hızının bir ara değişken olmasıdır. TKY araçlarının
kullanımı yeni ürün geliştirme hızını etkilemektedir. Firma performansının ve
yeni ürün geliştirme hızının artırılması için, TKY araçlarının yenilikçilik
çabaları üzerinde kullanılması gerekmektedir.
