Öz

Bölgesel kalkınmayı sağlamak için belirli merkezler seçilerek az
gelişmiş yörelerin de ilerlemesi sağlanmaktadır. Türkiye’de de bu şekilde bir
uygulama yapılmıştır. Bu kapsamda bu çalışmada bu yöntemin başarılı olup
olmayacağı veya başarılı olup olmadığını ölçmek için en uygun yöntemlerden
birisi olan Spatial Modeller kullanılmıştır. Veri seti illere göre 1993-2001
yıllarına serilerden oluşmaktadır. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre komşuluğun
dışsallık yarattığı analitik olarak belirlenmiştir.
