Polimer Katkılı Harçlarda Farklı Kür Koşullarının Dayanıma Etkisi

Bu çalışmada, farklı kür koşullarının polimer katkılı harçların eğilme ve basınç dayanımına etkisi incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla, normal portland çimentosu ve stiren-akrilik polimer emülsiyonu kullanılmıştır. Polimer ağırlıkça %0, 5, 10 ve 15 oranlarında çimento yerine ikame edilerek standart harç karışımları hazırlanmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında örneklerin kürlenmesi için üç farklı kür yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Bunlar, su kürü, etüv+su ve etüv+hava kürüdür. Hazırlanan harç örneklerinin üç farklı kür sonrası 7, 28 ve 90 günlük basınç ve eğilme dayanımları belirlenmiştir. Polimer katkılı harçlarda meydana gelen dayanım değişimleri kontrol harcı ile kıyaslamalı olarak değerlendirilmiştir. 

Effect of Different Curing Conditions on Strength of Polymer-Incorporating Mortars 

In this study, effect of different curing conditions on compressive and flexural strength of polymer-incorporating mortars was investigated. In this aim, normal portland cement and styrene-acrylic polymer emulsion were used. Mortar mixtures were prepared by replacing 0, 5, 10 and 15% polymer with by weight of cement. Three different curing conditions were used for curing the specimens. These are water curing, oven+water curing and oven+air curing. After these different curing conditions 7, 28 and 90 days compressive and flexural strength values of prepared mortar mixtures were determined. Strength variations of polymeric mortar mixtures were comparatively evaluated with control mortar mixture.
