Bazı Kekik Türlerinden EldeEdilen Uçucu Yağların İki Noktalı Kırmızı Örümcek (Tetranychus urticae) Üzerine Repellent Etkisi

Bu çalışma 2015-2016 yıllarında Tokat İli’nde
yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada
Labiatae (Lamiaceae) türleri (Origanum
onites
L.,Origanum vulgare L., Origanum majorana L., Thymbra spicata L. and Thymus vulgaris L.)’nin uçucu yağları
incelenmiştir. Kekik türlerinden elde edilen uçucu yağların dört farklı dozu (0.5%,
1%, 2%, 4% µl/l)’nun İki noktalı kırmızı
örümcek (Tetranychus urticae Koch)’e
karşı repellent etki gözlemlenmiştir. 24 saat sonra  O.
onites, O. vulgare, O. majorana, T. spicata
ve T. vulgaris’in repellent etkileri sırasıyla 98.4%, 83.8%, 74.2%,
71.5% and 75.5% olarak bulunmuştur. Ayrıca 24. saatin sonunda LC50 ve LC90
değerleri; sırasıyla LC50=8.01 - LC90=33.9, O. vulgare LC50=7.02 - LC90=32.7, O. majorana LC50=7.93 - LC90=
146.38’dır. Bu çalışmada sonuç olarak 5 kekik bitkisi içinde en etkili tür O. onites olarak tespit edilmiştir
.
