IMPACT OF EMOTIONAL EXHAUSTION, WORK STRES AND JOB INVOLVEMENT ON WORK-FAMILY CONFLICT: AN EMPRICAL EVIDENCE

Öz

In recent years, as a result of changing working
life, balancing work and family life has became a challenge for individuals.
Therefore, work-family conflict which have been observed to affect indivudials
family and work life have, became a very interesting research area. This study
examines the impact of job
involvement, emotional exhaustion and work stress on work-family
conflict on accountants in
Turkey, Denizli. For this purpose the data were collected from 176
acccountants and the data were evaluated by step-wise regression analysis. As a result of research a positive relationship between work
family-conflict and emotional exhaustion and work stres was determined. On
the other hand, a negative relationship between work family-conflict and job
involvement was detected.

DUYGUSAL TÜKENMİŞLİK, İŞ STRESİ VE İŞE BAĞLILIĞIN İŞ-AİLE ÇATIŞMASI ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİSİ: AMPRİK BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Öz

Son yıllarda çalışma yaşamında yaşanan değişimler,
bireyler açısından iş ve aile yaşamını dengelemeyi oldukça zorlaştırmaktadır. Bu
nedenle, bireylerin iş ve aile yaşamlarını etkileyen iş-aile çatışması
kavramına olan ilgi güncelliğini korumaktadır. Bu çalışmada, Denizli ilinde faaliyet gösteren ve serbest
olarak çalışan muhasebe meslek mensuplarının, işe bağlılık, duygusal
tükenmişlik ve iş stresi düzeylerinin iş-aile çatışması düzeyi üzerindeki
etkileri incelenmektedir. Bu amaçla, 176 muhasebe meslek mensubundan elde
edilen veriler, hiyerarşik regresyon yöntemiyle analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma
sonucunda elde edilen bulgular, duygusal tükenmişlik ve iş stresi ile iş-aile
çatışması arasında pozitif, işe bağlılık ve iş-aile çatışması arasında ise
negatif bir ilişki olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır.
