Dear researchers,

It is very exciting to present a new issue of our e-journal, entitled EJESS [European Journal of Educational & Social Sciences], [October 2018], to the interdisciplinary literature. Every issue provides new ambitions and motivation for us to reach a better journal, thanks to your fruitful and motivational support, collaboration and encouragement.

EJESS aims to present original research on educational and social sciences in an interdisciplinary perspective covering sociology, education, psychology, politics, theology, anthropology, law, literature, linguistics, philosophy, history, human geography etc. The journal also seeks for opportunities to broaden its partners, reviewers and organizations. EJESS now supports Eurasian Conference on Language and Social Sciences (ECLSS2019), as a trigger to reach enlarged context. Papers utilizing and/or following interdisciplinary perspectives are highly welcomed and encouraged. It is of interest and open to all researchers, academics, and those people concerned with mediating research findings to practitioners.

Within this perspective and vision, this issue presents you a total of nine research papers from diverse methodological perspectives and cultures.

Jonida Bekteshi, in her paper, focuses on horizontal vertical and report analyses of a local company in Albania. Johnson Olaosebikan Aremu  and Bolarinwa Akinwamide Express their opinions and suggestions depending on their emprical data regarding Prospects and Challenges of Sustainable Rice Production in Igbemo Ekiti, Southwest Nigeria. Thirdly, Karataş, in his theorethical research, examines classical logic and symbolic logic. Next, Mengu discusses about the tourism policy regarding the national objective to reach in 2023, the centennial anniversary of Turkish Republic.  Varvara offers, for the first time, a critical and succinct, but also comprehensive overview of the characteristics associated with two crucial dimensions of a policy which typifies the ‘revived’ social investment approach: The governance and financing of apprenticeships in Greece. Gul Fahriye Evren, in her paper, discusses and proposes a new curriculum for voice training courses in institutions of Higher Education in Turkey. Samah Khaled Zahran, in her pioneering research, strives to map Psychical Experiences (psi) in the Arabic countries and explains how psi experience can be an essential part of our psychological system. Ediagbonya analyses the state of Ughoton after he British invasion of 1897,  and he examines the survival of the political institutions after the invasion. Emhan et al. investigates the relationship between organizational commitment, job satisfaction, emotion regulation and political perception in educational institutions and conclude a positive correlation between the variables with high factor loadings. The results of that study also reveal that, political perception mediated the relationship between organizational commitment and job satisfaction.

We hope that the issues of our journal shall contribute to the field of interdisciplinary research literature. We thank to the journal editors, authors, reviewers and all the others who have contributed to the preparation process of this issue. EJESS will be one of the supporting journals of upcoming 5th Eurasian Conference on Language and Social Sciences (ECLSS2019a, Antalya, Turkey), and 6th Eurasian Conference on Language and Social Sciences (ECLSS2019b, Samarkand, Uzbekistan).
