As part of our commitment to academic development, increased international visibility, and a more comprehensive representation of the journal’s scope, the journal previously published under the title TOGÜBİL will henceforth continue its publication activities under the name ASPER (Applied Science, Policy and Economics Research).

Only the journal’s title and branding have been revised.
