In this case we reported a female patient with bilateral TOS due to cervical ribs that misdiagnosed as a cubital tunnel syndrome and CTS (carpal tunnel syndrome) treated surgically twice time. The importance of the accurate diagnosis of ulnar paresthesia was emphasized.
