Gereç ve Yöntem: Çalışmaya yaşları 0 – 34 arasında olan 81 sağlıklı gönüllü n = 162over dahil edildi. Tüm katılımcılar transabdominal B-modultrasonografi, CD, PD ve SMG ile ayrı ayrı incelendi. Over hacimleri B-mod ultrasonografi ile ölçüldü, ardından CD, PD, SMG cSMG ve monokrom SMG mSMG yoluyla over kan akımları değerlendiriledi.Bulgular: SMG, over dokusunda düşük hızlı kan akım sinyallerini saptamada CD ve PD'den daha etkiliydi p> 0.001 . CD, PD, cSMG ve mSMG'deki ortalama ovaryanvaskülerite skoru sırasıyla, 0,5 ± 1, 1,8 ± 1,5, 3,3 ± 1,3 ve 4,3 ± 0,9 idi.Over hacimleri ve sağlıklı gönüllülerin yaş ortalaması azaldıkça, mSMG ve cSMG yöntemleri konvansiyonel Doppler tekniklerine göre overvaskülaritesini daha iyi gösterdi.Sonuç: Transabdominal SMG, overvasküleritesini diğer konvansiyonel Doppler tekniklerine kıyasla daha ayrıntılı göstermektedir. SMG, özellikle çocuk hastalarda overvasküleritesinin değerlendirilmesi için inceleme protokolünün bir parçası olmalıdır KW - Superbmikrovasküler görüntüleme KW - color Doppler KW - power Doppler KW - ultrasonografi KW - over N2 - Objective: This study aimed to compare transabdominal Superb microvascular imaging SMI , color Doppler CD , and power Doppler PD with respect to their ability to detect intraovarian vascularity in healthy volunteers. Material and Methods: Eighty-one healthy participants n = 162 ovaries aged 0–34 years were included in the study. All participants were examined by transabdominal B-mode sonography, CD, PD, and SMI. Ovarian volumes were measured on B-mode sonography, followed by measurement of ovarian blood flow via CD, PD, color SMI cSMI , and monochrome SMI mSMI . Results: SMI was more efficient than CD and PD in detecting flow signals in the ovarian tissue p > 0.001 . The mean OVS in CD, PD, cSMI, and mSMI was 0.5 ± 1 range, 0–5 , 1.8 ± 1.5 range, 0–5 , 3.3 ± 1.3 range, 0–5 , and 4.3 ± 0.9 range, 1–5 ,respectively. As the ovarian volume and participant age decreased, mSMI and cSMI showed significantly greater ability to depict vascularity in comparison with conventional Doppler techniques. Conclusion: Transabdominal SMI provides more detailed vascular information regarding ovarian blood flow than both CD and PD.
