AB  - Amaç - Ülkemizde henüz son 8 yılda aktif işlem hacmine sahip Elektronik Ürün Senetleri ülke ekonomisi ve çiftçinin tarım alanındasürdürülebilir ekonomiye sahip olması için önemlidir. Genel finansman sorununun her yıl devam ettiği tarım sektöründe çiftçinin elindekiürünü teminat göstererek nakdi kredi ya da devamlılık arz eden satış modeli ile yılın her dönemi gelir elde etmesi bu sürecin başarısıdır.Gelişen teknoloji ve kolay alım – satım işlemleri ile avantaj sağlayan ELÜS işlemleri bankalar ve yatırımcılar açısından da bir yatırım, teminatolarak görülmektedir. Nitekim devlet teşviği ile çiftçinin ürün senedi ve lisanslı depolara yönelmesi sürdürülebilir tarımın ülkemiz için önemibüyüktür. Bu çalışmanın amacı ulkemizde gerçekleşen son 5 yıla ait işlem hacmi ve devlet tesviklerinin etkisini incelemektir.Yöntem- 2016- 2020 yılları arasında gerçekleşen ELUS islem hacmi ve yıllara gore devlet tesviğinin etkisi karşılaştırılmıştır.Bulgular- Ozellikle 2015 yılından itibaren elektronik ürün senedi işlem hacmindeki artışın devlet teşviğinin etkisi görülmektedir.Sonuç- Devlet teşviği ile elektronik ürün senedi işlem hacminin artması ülkemizde çiftçiler ve yatırımcılar tarafından tercih edilen finansalsistem olacaktır.

N2  - Purpose- Electronik warehouse receipts, which have an active transaction volume in the last 8 years in our country are important for thecountry’s economy ans for the farmer to have a sustainable economy in the field of agriculture. The general financing problem in theagricultural sector contuniues every year. In the agricultural sector, it is a successful system that enables the farmer to convert the productin her hand into cash loan or a continuous sales model by providing collateral. ELUS transactions, which provide advantages with developingtechnology and easy buying and selling transactions are also seen as an investment and gurantee for banks and investors.As a matter of fact, sustainable agriculture is of great importance for our country, with government incentives and farmers orientation toproduct stocks and licensed warehouses. The aim of this study is to examine the effect of the transaction volume and government incentivesfor the last 5 years in our country.Methodology- The ELUS transaction volume between 2016 and 2020 aand the effect of government incentives by years were compared.Findings- Especially since 2015, the effect of government incentives has been seen in the increase in the transaction volume of electronicwarehouse receipts.Conclusion- Increasing the electronic product stock transaction volume with government incentives will be the financial system preffered byfarmers and investors in our country.
