AB  - Gilbert Sendromu, bilirubinin kandan hepatositlere anormal şekilde up-take edilişi nedenli indirekt bilirubin düzeyinde ondülan yükselme görülmesidir. Aort darlığı, hiperlipidemi ve Gilbert Sendromu tanılı 16 yaşındaki erkek hastada kardiyopulmoner bypass eşliğinde yapılan mekanik aort kapak replasmanı, erken ve orta dönem postoperatif bulguları sunmaktayız.

N2  - Gilbert Syndrome is the ondulant elevation of indirect bilirubin level due to abnormal up-take of the bilirubin by hepatocytes. We introduce the early and mid-term results of the aortic valve replacement under cardiopulmonary bypass in a 16 year-old male patient diagnosed with aortic stenosis, hyperlipidemia and Gilbert Syndrome.
