In the study where descriptive survey model was used transformational leadership <br />scale developed by Bass and Avolio (1995) was implemented as a data collection tool on 293 <br />sport administrators in the Province of Ankara. <br />In the search result, the fact that administrators who graduated from educational institutions <br />related to physical education and sports have a higher kevel of transformational leadership (  <br />=4,07) and idealized effect dimension take the place on top has been established. It was <br />determined that Private Sport Facility administrators have higher transformational leadership <br />levels, and significant difference in favour of private sport facility administrators in <br />“Motivation with Prompting” and “Intellectual Stimulation” sub-dimenstions, and sport <br />facility administrators working in local authorities in “Idealized Effect (Behavior)” subdimension <br />was identified.
