AB  - Purpose: We aimed to compare the efficacy of high-dose methylprednisolone (HDP) with intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) and conventional prednisolone (CDP) as a first-line therapy in adult patients with immune thrombocytopenia (ITP).
